CIRCLE TIME is a group gathering during which we review the curriculum and share our ideas, plans, and observations. Circle time activities are designed to stimulate thinking and expand attention spans.
GROSS-MOTOR ACTIVITIES give children the opportunity to use their muscles - as well as their imaginations - as they engage in fun healthy exercises such as running, jumping, climbing, balancing, etc.
MUSIC ACTIVITIES help to promote listening skills and creative expression. In music, children can explore sound, volume, tempo, rhythm, and rhyme.
SOCIAL SKILLS are taught through weekly "value lessons" that help children gain experience in communication, cooperation, sharing, helping, following rules, etc.
